Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment

All clients are required to complete a health form. Certain conditions may be a contraindication and therefore client is unable to proceed with the treatment. If you have an existing medical condition please contact us to see if the treatment is suitable for you before you book.

If you fall ill on the day of your appointment then please call to rearrange when you are feeling better.

24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel late then 50% of the appointment will need to be paid.

Client records are held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with GDPR regulations. You will be asked to sign that you agree to the terms and conditions.

In order for your treatment to proceed you will need to provide name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, as well as health information. The above information is needed to ensure it is safe for us to provide the treatment.

Pregnant clients must be 12 weeks in gestation for treatments. We also highly recommend checking with your doctor or midwife to ensure you are safe for the treatment.

Under 18's must have a adult sign to agree to having the treatment.
